Hello! During this long absence are a lot of interesting things happened, and I assure you I will try to treat them all as quickly as possible.
However, in the first post after missing it seemed only right back an interesting as the Mouth of Marco Travaglio yesterday.
In this "edition" of Word of mouth is finally talking about how Berlusconi over the years has taken us around, proclaiming continued his innocence in all processes is involved and talking endlessly of his persecution by the judiciary.
We finally have confirmation that its not a persecution, but it is a fair judicial process, which unfortunately failed to escape for 15 years and that maybe (hope not) manage to escape again! How
managed to avoid jail in the last 15 years?
easy! This is corruption, as well as a kind of abuse of power. Let me explain briefly and better. So far the rider has turned the table during its processes corrupting marshals of the financial police, corrupting the lawyer David Mills, decriminalizing certain offenses (Those of which he was accused), shortening the period of limitation for certain crimes (which was and is charged). In all these 15 years and more, in fact, Berlusconi has hardly ever been acquitted, than in those judgments in which he is acquitted because of the decriminalization of offenses. Most of the time his crimes have gone in prescription, and of course he would not confirm his innocence continuing investigations (the requirement causes the end of a process only if the defendant does not want to continue, whether the defendant want to continue to prove his innocence the process can continue), then the requirement does not correspond to the acquittal, innocence. Furthermore, it is sometimes was acquitted for lack of evidence (of course due to corruption).
What is revealed with this word of mouth is that, in fact, Berlusconi was convicted of a crime which has been investigated in recent years if it had not been able to corrupt all those people and had not used all the various subterfuges.
